Qu&rsquo;en est-il du moteur ? Celui-ci est issu d&rsquo;un bus. L&rsquo;aspect n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas non plus sensationnel. Pour r\u00e9sumer, l&rsquo;Axor \u00e9tait un compromis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Les experts de \u00ab\u00a0lastauto omnibus\u00a0\u00bb ont toutefois fait l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience d&rsquo;un v\u00e9hicule tout \u00e0 fait diff\u00e9rent lors du test du Mercedes Axor 1843 il y a trois ans. <\/span>L&rsquo;Axor avait entre-temps \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9prouv\u00e9 et \u00e9tait vendu sur de nombreux march\u00e9s partout en Europe. <span lang=\"EN-US\">Le camion disposait d&rsquo;une cabine sur suspension pneumatique, de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;Actros, ainsi que de la bo\u00eete de vitesses automatis\u00e9e Powershift 2.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Le Mercedes Axor dispose d&rsquo;un moteur \u00e9conomique<\/h2>\n<p>Le moteur du Mercedes Axor 1843 existait d\u00e9j\u00e0 en trois \u00e9tages de puissance compris entre 354 et 428 CV, en version Euro 5. Son confort de marche a su convaincre les testeurs. <span lang=\"EN-US\">Au cours d&rsquo;une marche d&rsquo;essai sur un parcours exigeant \u00e0 une vitesse moyenne de 82 km\/h, le camion a consomm\u00e9 36,7 litres de diesel et 1,85 litre d&rsquo;AdBlue.<br \/>\nLa bo\u00eete automatique Powershift a \u00e9galement re\u00e7u des compliments de la part des experts de \u00ab\u00a0lastauto omnibus\u00a0\u00bb. D&rsquo;apr\u00e8s les testeurs, seul le premier rapport est un peu lent \u00e0 s&rsquo;enclencher en d\u00e9but de mont\u00e9e. Mais pour le reste, que du positif\u00a0: \u00ab la consommation r\u00e9duite \u00e0 pleine charge rapport\u00e9e aux nombreuses mont\u00e9es montre que le moteur et la bo\u00eete de vitesses savent parfaitement allier sous le m\u00eame capot une vitesse \u00e9lev\u00e9e et une consommation r\u00e9duite\u00a0\u00bb, ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 les experts de \u00ab\u00a0lastauto omnibus\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h2>Le Mercedes Axor plus sportif que l&rsquo;Actros<\/h2>\n<p>Le Mercedes Axor 1843 a donn\u00e9 l&rsquo;impression d&rsquo;\u00eatre la version sport de l&rsquo;Actros aux testeurs\u00a0: sa suspension est plus dure et les bruits int\u00e9rieurs plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s que chez son grand fr\u00e8re. Alors que la hauteur int\u00e9rieure de la cabine d\u00e9passe celle de l&rsquo;Actros de 100 millim\u00e8tres, tout devient plus \u00e9troit lorsqu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit de la largeur\u00a0: l&rsquo;\u00e9quipage ne dispose que de 2\u00a0100 millim\u00e8tres contre 2\u00a0300 millim\u00e8tres pour l&rsquo;Actros.
